The Garden will always transform my life..it is A Space of Natural Miracles.

I am Awake with Nature... Sometimes flowers and trees ignite me with excitement ..they can also melt my heart with a flood of emotions. Over the years the garden has shape-shifted into many Powerful Roles.. at times it has been My Nourisher..My Balancer, A Mother, A Father, My Ancient Ancestors..My Healer..My Teacher..My Guide..My Sacred Space..My Awakener...I am in Awe of Nature....and am honored to take a small part in creating with this space.. we all call ..our very own Garden.

The Garden has become a Place to Awaken and Transform..I have learned to Embody; Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter in my Being with Gratefulness and Joy for all the miracles they perform....I Celebrate and Create with that Power of Change..to become more and more of what a Garden is..AWAKE ...It is Always Awake and In Harmony with the Natural Essence of Creation.

The Power of Reflection and Meditation

The Power of Spaciousness

Blue is Mystical, Spiritual,

Strong and Independent

The Power of Blue:

Invokes, Opens, Extends and Expands All things

Blue Opens the Chest and Lungs..can expand our breathing capacity.

To breathe with the Essence of Blue ..can calm our breath into balance

and also enhance our ability to "take in  and expel" Air

"properly, evenly and more abundantly".

Breath is nourishing, Blue directs the balance and flow.

There is no secret the Sky emits Nature's Pure Essence of Blues..and embodies that Powerful presence of Spaciousness and Expansion..just by looking at the sky ..one can see and feel that it is Never-ending..seemingly Infinite


A wonderful color for Breath-work, Relaxation ..Reflection and Meditation.
It also expands the mind, our thoughts,our awareness and consciousness..Naturally.

The sky is where birds fly with Freedom and Joy..their wings widen in expansion and are as Light as Air..Space is Endless..the Body is Free to move without limitation or boundary. To embody Blue is to feel free and feel the spaciousess of life all around you.

The Sky and it's Blue Essence are the perfect backdrop to enjoy any day.
Blue as a Visualization brings relaxation.
Blue as an Invocation brings freedom, space.. can widen perspective, can remove limits and boundaries and blocks...creating Spaciousness and New Potential.

To look at the Power of the Sky , to enjoy the open space..to feel you are "like the sky" , to feel the Essence of the Blue Sky..to feel the power of nature.... Naturally elevates your well-being.

A Grey Squirrel's Harvest

Grey Squirrel has a Beautiful Spirit

Gentle and Pure

with a Kind Heart

I love watching them

Harvest and Feast

gently upon Sunflower Skulls

They also love my Trellis of Treats..

The Pods of Crimson Rambler
Clusters of Black shaped discs ..like curved seeds

Harvesting High on Autumn's Throne of Abundance

They will share with anyone, never greedy or confrontational

they will politely step away if a chickadee or two arrives.

Observing the Black, Red and Grey Squirrels ..... the Grey is most Passive, Gentle and Calm. The Red are most combative and the Black will hold their own if needed.

The Grey Squirrel is a Peacemaker of sorts and will step aside..(or even to the point of being bullied/roughed up.. will leave the scene, it will not fight..it refrains from force and conflict, instead chooses Inner Strength and remains Peaceful)

Where I have seen( many times) both Red and Black squirrels charge at a chickadee or any bird..the Grey has never. I find this Gentle Soul is charmed with the most Peaceful Heart of Gold.

 

The Color Essence of Grey

~ The Quality of Neutrality~

Adorned all in the color of Grey..also makes me wonder ..as Grey vibrationally ...is a Color of Neutrality. Neutral energy will neither fall one way or the other...yet it also stands confidently "as is"..in Balance.. complimenting the scene.

Grey Color Energy is neutralizing...it harmonizes forces that are "out" of balance and blends them "into" Balance. Perhaps, that is indeed Grey Squirrel's Role.. he is Nature's Peacemaker and Universal Neutralizer...an Agent of Harmony.

Grey Squirrel Brings the Gifts of...

Gentleness

Compassion

Kind-heartedness

The Ability to Share Abundance with others

The Ability to Neutralize situations
