They are so amazing. I remember when we traveled the California coast for 10 days with our daughters years ago...we saw so many. We could stand and stare into the water at them for so long...beautiful creatures.

We once happened upon a tidal pool full of starfish and a family with children enjoying seeing them - a real treat for the children! It was on the rocky shore of Maine...somewhere I have photos of that day - very special to find them there just waiting for us, as we've never seen anything like that before!
