Faces in the Garden

Faces in the Garden..we all have them..
Special Ornaments and Symbols we adore...

A statue, fountain, a doorknocker..
a special rock...
Decor and Ornaments...handmade and storebought...
We all have our Symbols and Secrets adorning our special space!

Who are the Faces in your Home and Garden?
What are the Symbols and Ornaments
and Charms your space beholds?
Share your magic!

Here is my Offering ...

 Faces in the Garden

You May remember him...
My favorite
Winged Face
Green Man,
also a doorknocker!
*

He is quite Friendly..brings Magic to my little space!
Wonder what is behind the Secret Blue Door?
He Guards it well..so you will never know!

*

Faces Fascinate me...
*
Here is another Secret Guardian in the Herb Garden
He brings the Power of Nature, Magic and Harmony
He embodies Peacefulness and is a Protector of your Space

Gorgeous Chives flop over and dance around his head
like a Halo of Nature
He sits proudly with special Dragon Eggs

Dragon Eggs Bring Power and Magic
The Dragonfly love sunning on them!
**

A Rustic Stone bench adorns a quiet little Sacred spot..in the shade..
dappled sunlight casts a mild spell some days!
*
A Magic Sitting Place to perch my soul!
**

Sometimes wandering Cats appear...poof..
like Ornaments of the garden..
for alittle while anyways!
I enjoy their random visits!

An Angel in Prayer
She helps protect the space during storms...
she is charmed..it always works!

My Toadhouse
(he looks like a frog!)
Another Gift...
A beautiful Palace for my Toad Friends
or whoever would like to live here..

****

GARGOYLES...
Eveyone needs a Gargoyle
Here is my Pet Gargoyle
He is pretty old...he has tumbled and was broken..
(and been glued back together)
So for his Own Safety.. he remains inside now !
**
I am sure there is plenty to keep him busy!

THE SYMBOLIC
**
Sacred Circles
 and Labyrinths
and Stone Mandalas..
Many Have these in their space..large or small

Here is my little
Faery Stone Circle
*
The rose quartz is a Magical Sundial( that's right)..
The stones around it...
are all Named
and represent Blessings
for whoever Gazes upon them
( Or takes one)
***

A Beautiful Angel..
she has become The House Guardian
*
She could be used as a bird feeder or bath..
I like to use it as an
 Offering Bowl
***********************************

Here is a Fairy my sister gave me many Moons ago..
I love when butterfly or dragonfly rest on her..
It is magical

 A Stone Cherub...waiting for a special spot.
***

A Beautiful Gentle King or Prince
I love faces...

***

These are some of The Faces in the Garden

*
They are all special in their own way
And They all embody a Special Magic

Kiki, these are wonderful! They add so much soul to your garden. I have - surprise - a mermaid, and a little frog. I am sure there will be more to come - I think I hear a lion roaring that he would like to settle in the garden. :)

Oh, Kiki, these are just magical. I would LOVE to have that angel in one of your upper photos. My poor flowers currently have to speak for themselves but I'm sure they'd be thrilled to have a few of these faces to fill in the empty spots. Very pretty. :)

Faces in the garden...a perfect title for a perfect post. I love all these photos Kiki, that bench bathed in the dappled light beckons and lures to stop and sit and just feel the peace. Thank you for the magic my sweet friend XO (and thank you for your visits and beautiful comments)

Kiki, you have beautiful things in your garden. I'll have to go through my photos and see if I can find my "garden lady" statue. No where near as gorgeous as your offerings though. Lovely post!

I love all of the faces in your garden. Ever since you posted on the Green Man I've been looking for the perfect one for my garden, especially after reading about what he represents. I've got quite a few faces in my garden as well. The woodland fairy and Persephone are just a couple.
I love the rose quartz sundial. Beautiful post!

Lovely post, Kiki! I also have a number of faces in the garden. Angels, St. Francis, the Green Man and more. And a bench where I sometimes sit and ponder life. Thank you for sharing your magical garden.

Your garden is so beautiful and peaceful. You must have hordes of fairies living there.

Your Green Man looks very powerful.

I love all the faces in your garden.

I particularly like your photo of the goddess with the gorgeous floral arrangement in the foreground.

I have a stone face of aeolus, god of wind, but he graces our wall inside near the back door. Outside, the most interesting face would be of Sassy the troublemaking cat.

Wonderful sculptured faces KiKi ... magical and I am sure they love being in your garden. I must look about to find some for my world here. My only sculpture outdoors is Bob as an old man. ;>)
