MEDITATION
~Victoria's GreenMan Meditation~
The Greenman's Energy and Spirit brings Harmony
It is Powerful, Creational and Carrying the Magic of Nature!
Use the Greenman as a meditation to : Bring Harmony to your Space, your garden and to bring New Energy on your Journey and Path. A Wonderful way to reflect on the Abundance and Beauty of Nature, The Miracles of seedlings and Growth and all of Creation.
* Reflect on the symbol of Leaves or vinery, or any greenery or anything you are drawn to and feel the beauty.
*If you have saved any thing from nature from the year before
..dried leaves, flowers, seeds, acorns, twigs...bring it out to reflect on or to create an offering to Nature.
*Celebrate The Greenery and Life that is beginning to Birth
and Weave the Universe with Garden Magic , Flowers, and Enchanting Forests

*Celebrate the Greenman spirit and his enchanting gifts...
and give great thanks for the Gift of Nature.
Walk of the Greenman...
*Go for a walk in nature, Honor that Natural energy coming to life once more..feel the essence of the Green man and the maiden...they are creating and making the land fertile and abundant!
*Create a tribute with symbols you find along your walk if you feel drawn..or leave them there and give thanks..the beauty of Nature is in all things..
Meditation Station
*
Create a small meditation station outside...to enhance growth and abundance in the garden. A small stone circle I created is wonderful to reflect on. Fill it with beauty and all summer long it will remind you of The Power of Harmony and Balance you wish to bring to your special space, to the earth and to the universe.
Children also love creating Stone Circles and filling it with their dreams...it is a fun thing to do!
Visit it often to feel peace and ignite Harmony all spring and summer long..a spot of tea is wonderfully meditative too..
Celebrate the Powers of Spring and all the magic coming to life.

What a beautiful stone circle...I think I shall create one in my garden today...
Ah, Victoria, I love the Greenman! Thank you for reminding me to think of him again. Life is starting to blush a little green here and I am so excited.
A Happy Spring to You! xo
Love that stone circle. As soon as the weather is nice enough I would like to create a couple little special areas like this out in the yard.
Lovely pictures. The Green Man is wonderful.
Beautiful post Kiki, I will also create a stone circle. I love the GreenMan pictures, he is so impressive. A very happy spring to you! :)
The Green Man is one of my special patrons. I'm especially excited that it's May Day tomorrow. That I can actually celebrate it fully this year and honor The Green Man and The Goddess.
Dearest Kiki...fondest Beltane wishes to you! Thank you for the wonderful idea of the stone circle! (Why didn't I THINK of that!) I can't wait to gather rocks from the beach and create a circle with my little grandson. Thank you for a lovely new tradition to introduce him to.
Blessings! Mari
Happy May Day to you as well Victoria. I have numerous Green Men around the yard to keep a watchful eye on the garden and I have a Green Woman too (have to keep things in balance)! Have a wonderful day and thank you for sharing the magic of your photography and words!
Have a wonderful Bealtaine Victoria! :)
What a special post, Kiki! I can feel the regeneration and fruitfulness of Nature bursting forth in your words. I have been wanting to get a Green Man for my garden (yours is lovely and I loved seeing Alison's @ Bonney Lassie)...now I'm determined to find my own! I did not know any of the symbolism surrounding this Garden Spirit (now I do, thanks to you!) & I love the idea of a stone circle and meditation spot in the garden.
I have a praying Buddha seated beneath a Yellowwood tree and surrounded by white river stones which always imbues me with a sense of calm and peacefulness when I see it :)
HAPPY MAY DAY to you!!!
I love this stone circle! Such a wonderful way to make gorgeous vignettes of Nature's goodness :D
Dear Kiki, What a beautiful post filled with great inspiration and magic! I am stopping by to send you a great big hug!! Love, Silke
Kiki, what a beautiful post (as always). I love the idea of a small meditation circle. A friend of mine has a beautiful medicine wheel; I've always wanted one of my own, but do not have the space right now. Your idea is perfect!! and special. Can't wait to create my little circle. I hope you are well; always love coming to this special place. Hugs, S
Thanks for linking to our post. :)
I made something similiar in a remote area where I hike. Nobody knows about this but me.
Such a great idea for peaceful thoughts and calming serenity!
love the teacup idea too.
Dear Kiki, that first photo of your magnificent Hollyhocks and Green Man Doorknocker is enchanting!
We've been out harvesting our Herbs, Lettuce & Cherry Tomatoes each day, they really are thriving this year.

Victoria, I absolutely love your Greenman meditation. Why wouldn't I? Thank you so much for this beautiful May Day blog. You put a turtle in your energy circle. I love the turtle because of the thirteen sections on her shell for the thirteen moons. So connected to the cycle of the Earth/Moon. You have sparked me to look for the energy spot in the yard around my home. How fun. Happy May! Brianne
