I haven't seen those lines before, they are beautiful and very appropriate for this day when we remember those who gave their lives for their countries.
I probably will not be able to express how it feels to be able to visit, again. I get misty friend, just writing it. I don't have the words. Just know that being awake with charm and spirit is what I plan to do and you help that happen, friend. Blessings always.
When I am thinking about those soldiers that makes me so sad. So many lives are taken – for what? Have we learned from our history? I can hardly believe that.
A beautiful reflection, Victoria. I think a time of silence is perfect for such overwhelming thoughts--to think, imagine, process, listen to the stories (their lives), and to love and reflect on the world around us.

Amazing people who can give so much of themselves and their happiness to ensure our freedoms....
...lest we forget ~ forgiven ~ but not ~ forgotten...
Especially like your green man on your door, and the hollyhocks are beautiful.
